I don't accept money from any business or charity featured on this site, period — no ads, no paid placements, no referral fees, no kickbacks, ever.
I try to keep info correct and current, but I can't promise it. Hours change. Places close. Menus shift. Boats leave the dock without you. Please confirm anything that matters (prices, reservations, fishing regulations, event times) directly with the business or official source before you rely on it.
Some content on our904 is my personal opinion — "best local seafood," "skip this on weekends," "honest reviews." That's commentary, not fact. If you disagree, that's fine.
Being listed on our904 does not mean a business endorses me, sponsors me, or has any relationship with me. I don't use any business's logo without permission. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify them factually (nominative fair use). I write my own descriptions in my own voice. The same applies to any charity I link to from the giving page — they didn't ask to be listed and have no involvement with our904.

The giving page (coming soon) will link to local 904-area 501(c)(3) nonprofits I personally vouch for. I have no affiliation with these organizations. I receive no fees, referrals, or revenue of any kind. The charities themselves don't know our904 exists — they were not asked, did not consent to being listed, and have no involvement with this site. They were chosen because I live here and believe in what they do.
If that ever changes, I'll say so prominently and at the top of every affected page — not buried in fine print.
Parts of our904 (the Day Planner, the fishing map, events, eats) have an optional "📍 Use my location" feature. Here's what I do and don't do:
If you send me feedback, your email (if you choose to leave one) goes only to my inbox. I won't sell it, rent it, share it, or add it to a marketing list. Submissions are handled through formsubmit.co, which emails me your message; their privacy terms apply to that handoff. There is no "subscribe" button or mailing list on this site.
